Looking to reduce production machine changeover time?
This is one particular shadowboard for pharmaceutical production machine changeover.
It holds machine parts required for a specific product run and rests in a changeover cart. It is made of FDA approved plastics
with stainless steel part ID tags and fasteners, and has part outlines engraved in the base plate
We produce machined plastic workplace organization products, like the one above, from your cad drawings or layouts. Many
pegged or pocketed part-holding configurations are possible, using
½”, ¾” or 1-1/2” thick plastic
baseplates.
